Joining CRC in 2021, Gordon is a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Gordon has successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects, ranging from commercial buildings to DOT highways and runway replacements. He excels in coordinating and overseeing all project phases while ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations. With expertise in surveying, health and safety, and strong leadership abilities, Gordon has consistently contributed to the growth and success of the companies he has worked for. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Civil Engineering and possesses a wide range of certifications and licenses.

Manages large, complex industrial, commercial, and multi-family concrete projects with an affinity for tilt-up panel construction. Joined the CRC team in 2018 after having worked in management, cost engineering and quality control roles for regional general contracting and development companies. Has a B.S. in Construction Management & Economics from East Carolina University and is proficient in project management software platforms, scheduling, and contract administration.

Organizes, plans and oversees onsite concrete construction activities. Has over thirty years of construction experience and has been with CRC since the company’s inception in 2007. Qualified in all concrete foundation types, such as slab-on-grade, vertical column and wall, elevated slab, post tension slab, and tilt-up panel concrete construction.

Runs day-to-day operations for CRC’s concrete components on large, complex industrial, commercial, and multi-family projects. Joined the CRC team in 2015 with over twenty years of concrete construction experience. Well versed in all concrete foundation types, such as slab-on-grade, vertical column and wall, elevated slab, post tension slab, and tilt-up panel concrete construction.

Extensively experienced construction manager having spent over forty years working in the concrete construction industry. Joined the CRC team in 2016 and now provides pricing insight by working directly with the project management team as a cost estimator. Utilizes firsthand knowledge during the procurement phase of a project to help provide clients with the most cost-effective materials, labor and resources available for the concrete industry.

Michele is the foundation of the office lending over thirty years of human resources, accounting, and administrative experience to the team since 2014. Works effectively to provide organization and efficiency for CRC’s accounts payables, receivables and payroll. Also establishes and maintains relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
